Limitation of liability
The services provided by We Love L.A. may contain unknown or unanticipated inherent risks that may result in injury/death. We Love L.A. disclaims responsibility for the activities its clients choose to participate in, and the clients accept full responsibility for risks identified herein and any inherent risks not specifically identified. Participation is voluntary and at the sole election of the participant with full knowledge of the inherent risks.
In addition, We Love L.A. may act only as an agent for transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with any We Love L.A. service. These services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. We Love L.A. and its respective employees, agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or other causes. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the U.S.A. We Love L.A. is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual using “We Love L.A.” 
Individual travellers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.
By agreeing to use We Love L.A., you consent to the use of your image and/or videos that may be taken during the service in the marketing and promotional materials of We Love L.A., including but not limited to website, social media, and any other promotional material at the discretion of We Love L.A.
