What kind of vehicles do you use?   

We use Honda Odysseys. They are reliable, safe and very comfortable. Our vehicles are also equipped with phone chargers, soft drinks and other amenities for your amazing day in our city.

What are normal gratuity/tips?

In Los Angeles and N.Y.C. anyone who is on the service industry will be very grateful of a tip between 15% to 25% of the total of the service, if you feel that your guide went the extra mile, you can show your appreciation by giving him/her a larger tip.

Is there a maximum amount of people for a tour?

No, we can accommodate any size group, however, we do encourage you to make reservations for large groups with at least three months in advance.

Do you provide booster seats for our children?

Your safety and your children safety is paramount to us. We provide booster seats for any children under 8 years old as per California State Law.

If I have an LAX stopover/layover, is there enough time for me to see the city?

Yes! We can customize your experience in L.A., we would pick you up at LAX and build an itinerary based on the time available, to get you back to your connection flight on time. You can read some of the amazing experiences our clients had, doing our tour in 5 to 6 hours. Also ideal if you are coming back from a cruise and have a departing flight later in the day.

If we are coming on an early morning flight  and  I can't check in to my hotel until 3P.M., will you recomend to take the tour? i.e. International flights or early arriving domestic flights.

Yes! We understand that many hotels don't allow you to check in early. Our tour is the best option to save time in our city, and start your vacation the right way, right away.

What is your tour refund policy?

We offer a 100% refund if you cancel 7 days before your tour is scheduled. from 7 to at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled tour, we will provide a 50% refund. Tours cancelled within 48 hours of the day of the tour are non-refundable.

Can you pickup from my hotel/location?  

YES!, We have complimentary pick up/ drop off service from hotels in Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Westwood, Santa Monica, Venice and LAX area. Any hotel located over 10 miles away from LAX international airport will incur an additional surcharge.
